Change or Update Membership Dates or Status 12/2021 – Go to knowa.capegunworks.com, in the Main Tab click on Adjust Membership – Search for the customer and click on their contact record. USE PAUSE TO CANCEL OR PAUSE A MEMBERSHIP MUST CHANGE DATES ON THE REOCCURRING PAYMENTS RECORDS AS WELL!!!!!!!!! – Change membership info and save.

Delete Reoccurring Payment Record for CASH PAY Members 12/2021 – Go to knowa.capegunworks.com, in the Main Tab click on Update Member Payment – Search for the customer and click on their contact record. – Delete the payment record at the top.

Update OR Add a Member Credit Card for auto payment 12/2021 – Go to knowa.capegunworks.com, in the Main Tab click on Update Member Payment – Search for the customer, click on payment record(See Create New Reoccurring Payment Record to create a new record). – Check for accurate dates and charges in the record as you
