Create New Reoccurring Payment Record 12/2021
– Go to knowa.capegunworks.com, in the Main Tab click on CoreForce Contacts
– Search for the customer and click on their contact record.
– Copy the Contact ID in the Summery tab.
– Go to knowa.capegunworks.com, in the Main Tab click on Update Member Payment
– Click on the +Add button
– Paste the Contact ID number into the fist field, then click into the next field. Information should auto populate.
– Fill in accurate dates, products and charges in the record as you scroll down. Products must be RENEWAL products NOT STARTUP products.
– Scroll to bottom and click on Payment drop down, and select “Add Account” to add a new Credit Card number.
– Add customer information and credit card, scroll to the top and click on save.
